Delivery - UK Mainland (Except Highlands& Islands of Scotland)
All UK orders are sent via courier using a tracked and signed for service.
All in stock complete orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. (working days are Monday to Thursday, orders placed after 2pm Thursday will typically leave monday)
All backorder / preorder items are shipped from the US and take take anything up to 21 working days. This can vary depending upon holidays and or busy times of the year. We do our upmost to send your order ASAP. Please note if your order contains backorder / preorder items the order will be held and sent in full. Orders will only be part shipped, if split shipping is selected & paid for at checkout.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, shipments can take 7-21 days from dispatch depending on location. (An ETA will be provided at checkout)

Large International shipping consignments are only available once special shipping charge quote and arrangements have been agreed.
Rush service and premium shipping and handling will be quoted based on order size, shipping weight, level of service required and carrier selected.
Certain items (for example HAZARDOUS GOODS) do not qualify for Standard Shipping. Items considered HAZARDOUS will require special handling and premium rates. Orders for items considered HAZARDOUS will require separate processing and may not be available at all to your location.
Returns
In the interest of hygiene, most items purchased are non refundable and all purchases are final. Some orders are eligible and in some special circumstances refunds & exchanges will be offered at our discretion please see T&C's for further information (this does not include SALE or discounted items). Postage charges are non refundable This does not affect your statutory rights.
