How to use: Apply Aqua Glitters with a synthetic brush, Hydra Sponge, or disposable applicator. For precision, use our Flat Brushes or Round Point Brushes.
For opaque glitter designs, apply Aqua Glitter and while still slick, press a Sparkler Glitter shade of your choosing on top. For a sheer effect, dilute Aqua Glitters with Glitter Glue or LiquiSet.
